In case you're wondering what exactly the 3p's stands for it is my personal motivational message to myself. It encourages me to stay focussed. It means:

2}. Perserverence
3}. Ponder
These are crucial and necessary steps which need to be taken in order to acquire; self, team and life satisfaction.
Without these three P's we can not reach the ultimate goal which is the big
'Pay off'!
